missing mallorca
A few weeks ago I posted some of my Mallorca 2003 photos on Flickr. It was a great trip where we did nothing but eat, sleep and ride bikes for 2 weeks in January/February. Must admit, after reading articles like this one from PezCyclingnews.com about the Team Phonak training camp now on, I'm drooling on my keyboard. I think I recognize that climb in the picture too.
Mallorca was described to me by David Schneider of Cycling BC and Escape Velocity fame (our tour leader for the trip) as "Disneyland for cyclists." With its rolling hills, beautiful rural terrain and relatively warm winter weather (it snowed on us when we were there), it is a complete pleasure to ride and see.

i'm so sad about it i've boycotted the bike altogher.
